I'm just loving this show so far. The dynamic between the characters is incredible and surprisingly enough, I think Hayley fits so well in the show. Rebecca and Marcel are on fire and man that scene between Klaus and Camille was intense AF.

The scene between Klaus and Cami is one of my favorite scenes of the series 👏🏽👏🏽 they feed off of each other so well and the acting between Joseph and Leah was top notch emotional ❤️ I can’t wait for your reaction to the upcoming episodes ✨

The dagger to be working has to be dipped in the special white oak ashes, if you don't do that is just an ordinary dagger and the original will revive after a while. Davina didn't know that and removed the dagger and put it back, so Elijah could wake up.

Cami is one of the best character on the show, she is overhated and I'll never understand why, she's so sweet and beautiful. I just love Camille. Same with Hayley.

Klaus and Joseph Morgan are one of those case where the character fit the actor like a glove, like Damon and Ian Somerhalder, it is impossible to imagine different actors playing those characters, and Joseph Morgan is spectacular in Klaus and Klaus is one the most brilliant villian ever written for any TV show. But I must say that the TVD and TO casting is perfection, they manage to put together an ensable of excellent actors, all of them nobody excluded, full of charisma and they have chemistry with each other when they interact in any scene is captivating, you can feel the intensity and on top of that they are all gorgious and smocking hot, the bee's knees.

Yeah the witches have power no matter what because they are witches but they get a huge amount of power by staying in the city because they practice ancestral magic. The cemetery is where their witch ancestors are buried and they feed off them. If they left they could still practice magic but it would have to be a different form. Ancestral magic leads to the witches being very committed to their coven, families/bloodlines, and their city - New Orleans. The love for New Orleans is another reason I love the show. The setting is so cool and its so interesting watching the characters' attachment to it. It used to be the Originals home where they ruled, now it is Marcel's home and he loves it. So, everyone has a vested interest in fighting for the territory.

The actress is one of the best on the show. It is sad to hear that the actress apparently got a lot of hate because of Klaus and Caroline shippers.

yeah what Klaus did to Cami was wrong but you understand where he is coming from. I think, in a way, this is what he would want done for him. He would want to forget about the horrible things that happened to him if he could, so he thinks that he is doing her a kindness. But he is taking away her own mind really.

Also, an earlier episode showed that Marcel has his vampires feed off the tourists, heal them and then make them forget - so tourism doesn't get hurt.

Agree, can’t imagine someone else playing klaus because of how well he executes the part, same with Elijah. He plays the part so well by the way he talks and Carry’s himself in the show it’s crazy to think of someone else even attempting to play these parts

Sofi the dagger didn't work a second time because it needed to be dipped in white oak ash again......Remember it needs to be dipped on the dagger first, it must have work off the dagger when Davina pulled it out of Elijah
