I love how Damon forgiving Stefan isn’t putting everything on Stefan but the other way around, taking the guilt off of Stefan. Absolutely love this. Damon did it for Stefan, and we see that Damon also will do a lot to have his brother live happily. Damon had every detail in his subconscious, he didn’t forget a thing he did- it shows he will always hold himself accountable. And finally us getting to know what was in the letter…. Absolute moment right there. I love bamon more then I do Delena- it’s the Salvatore’s and bamon that drove the show for me, which is weird since Elena was the main character. And honestly what they did with the story once Elena left, I like better- it grew the characters perfectly
