It hurts so much having people so mad at Damon for this choice. I mean, they DO have a right to be angry and sad and all that, but the fact that they don't know the real reason he's doing this just makes it worse. Like, first Stefan gets stabbed in order to save him, then Bonnie nearly dies saving him, and then the final straw was when he nearly killed Stefan by attempting to kill Rayna. Of course he wasn't gonna want to be around anymore, in his mind he just keeps putting those he loves in danger. And like Stefan said, there are also kids involved now. Damon has some serious self worth issues that definitely started during childhood, and they've just got worse, especially now that he feels he's putting his loved ones in danger. I mean, he probably blames himself for Bonnie and Elena's situation! It was Lily's idea, he's the one who brought her back, she had the idea in order to punish Damon for not wanting to bring the Heretics back. He has all this guilt for so many things, and he just feels like they're all better off without him. It still sucks for Bonnie and Stefan though. Bonnie moreso than Stefan just because he did this KNOWING that if all went to plan and no one woke him up he'd never see Bonnie again, but he did think he'd see Stefan again. At the end of the day, they don't see things the way he does. They don't see him putting them in danger, they see themselves loving him enough to put themselves in danger in order to save him. They want him there with them, but he doesn't want them putting themselves in danger for him anymore. Also, part of me is honestly with Matt on this whole thing of running the vampires out of town. Like, obviously we love the vampires. But he does have a point. They kill people, they hurt people, they put people in danger. The people of Mystic Falls WOULD be safer without them there...

Also, the whole not knowing who Freya is thing... This is why I wish more people had voted you watch The Originals at the same time as TVD... Things would make a lot more sense if you did...

I’m hoping sophie forgets that because she’s mentioned early in the orginals and that can be a huge problem for later seasons if you’ve seen the originals you’d know why, honestly at this point 3 major spoilers have been spilled all from 3 different seasons, that really sucks since they are game changing spoilers in each season that they are revealed in🤦‍♂️

Caroline is angry because he hasn't called her for 3 years, and hasn't even come to her when he could. In other words , Stefan convinced himself that it would be safer for her to live without him at all

She now knows freya, THATS A SPOILER, she now knows that klaus had his baby aka THAT'S A SPOILER. I'm so disappointed in the ones who voted that :/ this literally ruined season 1 and season 2 of the originals,

Honestly. It takes out all the suspense season 1 and two would have had because she knows what will happen. Even tho one episode a week from both would have been so slow it would still be better tbh

Damon is so misanderstood. He is the one that put himself of the first line of things and when you do, things happen to you and to the people around you trying to save him, from the action he does to save others. Not only he gets the blame for everything, always since he was young. No wonder he thinks so little of himself, he thinks Elena is the only one that accept him for who he is and is she that keeps him "good". Everybody keeps telling him that he is a major problem, that he is going to fail everybody, that he is a danger for the people he loves. And than, calling him selfish when he acts as consequence of that, doing what he thinks is best for everybody, taking himself out of the equasion, and desicate, clearly against what is his will. Anyway we cought up with the 3 years in the future, but there are still things that needs explaining. Don't worry everything will be clear and will make sense. Stefan poor thing is on the run and his relationship with Caroline is not going in the direction he would have wanted. The point is that I understand that Caroline wants to be with the babies, but by declining to be on the run with Stefan, even for a short time, just to see him, she send an involontary message to him, that she loves him less than she loves those babies and he received the message loud and clear. Let's remeber that we are talking about Caroline, she often says and does things she doesn't mean and regret them as soon as she realizes what does things she said impact others. Let's say that at this point things between Caroline and Stefan are complicated.

I get the spoilers are major, and I wish she watched it in chronological order as well. But there is so much that will be going on for Sofie to discuss that these small details won't be that big of a deal. I'm super excited for The Originals, and I know that Sofie's reactions are still gonna be epic even if at certain points she can already guess what's going to happen

@Patpet: I'm allowed to say my opinion on this considering I voted for the shows to be watched together. It's very obvious on the spoilers and it ruined the suspense. She's gonna remember it, either it obvious. You can't attack my opinion on this and I didn't not point out the obvious, I said it ruined the suspense of s1 and the drama. It's been obvious what the plot was since the pilot in TVD season 4. If you were one of the people who voted separately, clearly you forgot that it was meant to be watched together hence why they released it TOGETHER. The order and timeline fit for a reason. "Nothing major" rewatch the show cuz it is major weather you accept it or not. But don't attack me or come at me or anyone like that cuz we don't agree. You praise to have kind comments before and get feel the need to do that?? Lmfao, public form, I didn't attack Sophie nor attacked y'all. I said I was disappointed and said if y'all realized you allowed it to be spoiled, she was confused and she was spoiled from the context without havent context, it's so obvious s1 was gonna be the pregnancy hence TVD pilot, she saw right away klaus was not excited and not saw last ep how klaus felt, IT RUINED THE SUSPENSE AND IT RUINED THE PROCESS OF HIM GETTING THERE. So think about it, you can't come at me or anyone else that comment if you can't put it together that it was MAJOR spoilers, "nothing major spoiler" yeah totally nothing major, definitely didn't spoil the baby or Freya. Please lmfao like respectfully, it's the truth. Legacies is the only show made to watch after both series. I watched TVD and TO live so for me I was there when it was aired to be watched together, people now just watch one after the other on Netflix etc and it ruins it unless you don't care but since Sophie asked about it after the TO ep in TVD, it should've been that way, it's more important to have the info together rather than you getting a show (TO) after TVD is over. I feel some of y'all voted separately so you have more time and more reactions instead of logically thinking it would affect the suspense of TO

It’s painful, but the thing is it really is Damon choosing himself too. Which is okay and makes sense. But it’s not just protecting them, it’s him protecting his feelings if he loses them by his fault - but the thing is it’s their choice to help him no matter what. Painnn. Bonnie and Damon break my heart because their bond is better then Delena for me even if it’s not romantic, the only better thing is the brothers
