November request stream (Patreon)

I will stream on:

the 28th of November, approximately 7pm-11pm GMT
(with small breaks in between to pee/stretch)

If I wake up early enough, I will start the stream a bit earlier - which I think will suit a lot of people - but I make no promises.

(Note to self: Sydney time, this is 6am-10am on the 29th of November)

I'll record the streams and upload a timelapse to youtube for anyone who can't make these times. The camera will be on, so you can see my face and (if he feels like it) my cat :)

Request guidelines:

  • You can leave a request in the comments up until the 19th of November
  • Since I'll be spending an hour or more on each request, they can be more complicated than the warmup doodle requests
    eg. you can request up to 3 characters, you can ask for elaborate outfits or weapons, you can suggest backgrounds etc.
  • Please keep requests sfw
  • Please provide me with visual references + a sentence describing the personality of any characters I'm unfamiliar with.
  • If you want, you can provide a short description of your request, to go on the request poll (or I can do this, as I did last time - but if you want to provide your own description, go for it!)

On the 19th of November I will put together a poll so you can vote for your favourite requests.

If I feel like a request is not something I'm comfortable spending a significant amount of time drawing, I will apologise, and not include it in the poll, and will suggest that you leave it as a warmup doodle request instead: https://www.patreon.com/posts/warmup-requests-43472496

If you commented something in the warmup doodle request pool but would prefer to put your request here instead, please go for it :)

On the date above I will draw and stream at least the top two requests. I might draw more, it'll depend on how long I spend on each request. If my favourite doesn't make it to the top two requests I reserve the right to draw it as well ;)

About repeat requests: you can request something you have previously requested, but if there are more than 8 brand new requests I will not include repeat requests on the poll, to give the new requests prime real estate :)

I posted this in the warmup thread but I'd like to upgrade it please. Here's more info. Would you like me to remove the request from the warmup thread? I'd like to request a picture of my character Teliah, her Carbuncle, and her wife Rue from the MMO Final Fantasy 14. Teliah & Carbuncle Visual References: https://imgur.com/a/zADvgRA Rue Visual References: https://imgur.com/a/okT0AxV (If you need more or better shots let me know) So I was thinking the image might be of a post battle celebration. It'd be cute if Teliah was appreciating/thanking/showing affection to Carbuncle with Rue in the background being jealous (pouty/angry/incredulous) in the background, as if to say "Hey, I helped too! Look dead monster! Giant axe! Me! Give me lovins too!!" But I'd also be open to any other idea you had in mind. "Miqo'te (cat-girl) loving on/appreciating her carbuncle pet for helping her defeat a monster oblivious to her comically jealous wife in the background."

Here's the more in depth write up of each character describing their personalities: Teliah Relanha is the/my heroic Warrior of Light. Studying hard to become an a summoner of magical creatures to help save the world, Teliah still has a fondness for her first summon: Carbuncle. She regularly summons it in battle to train or sometimes just for companionship. Teliah is passionate and nerdy but it is sometimes hard to tell what she's thinking or feeling, unless you knows to watch her tail, which gives away her mood every time. Despite being a cat girl she rarely displays typical feline body language save when she's frightened or surprised, excepting her tail and ears. Carbuncle is a glowing magical construct that is programmed by the spells used to summon it to aid it in various tasks like battling monster or being petted. Teliah's carbuncle has been with her since the beginning, on her journey from a simple adventurer to the savior of the world. Because of this, has outgrown it's "programming", displaying actual personality. It's a very eager, affable, and energetic pet companion, with physical body language similar to a cat, including butt wiggling before a pounce, but a personality more like a loyal happy dog. Rue Thless is my wife's heroic Warrior of Light. Rue has trained hard to become a legendary warrior to help save the world. She leads groups of adventurers through dangerous monster filled dungeons, attacking them head on to provoke the monsters ire and distract them from her party's own attacks. In battle she's aggressive but not foolhardy, wielding her axe with channeled fury. Outside of combat she quiet and reserved, sometimes even standoffish, save around those closest to her, such as her wife Teliah. Around Teliah she tends to express both her adoration and/or annoyance in equal measure with both her words and body language.
