I know very little about A Silent Voice beyond that  Shouko Nishimiya is pure and deserves to be happy?

I'm also not sure how to interpret the designs of anime characters who don't have crazy hair. I guess I wanted to give her an ordinary face, but with that hair and colouring she ended up looking an awful lot like Austen, whoops ^^; Guess I definitely have a face type I default to when I don't have any particular features in mind (Austen was definitely meant to look ordinary.)
