I was originally considering having glowy smoke (???) as a visual signal every time magic happened. I decided this was way too distracting, and  scrapped the idea.

The prologue was originally quite pastelly, with a parchment-coloured background (as some of you may remember from some panels I posted yonks ago?)

After discussions with my editor I went with more vivid colours against black, which I think looks much more magical, and also gives me a much wider range of colours to work with.

You can see the original prologue in the attached .zip file.

Other changes include
1) the scene numbering were replaced with a decorative divider, just in case the number were confusing to readers
2) panels are spaced out much more because that works much better when scrolling on a mobile.

I've also attached the original thumbnails for episodes 1 and 2 (I can't find the prologue thumbs, whoops. It's been too long, sorry!)

Ariiii! It looks so awesome! And I am so happy Aerial Magic finally started! And the best part: It's an early birthday present for me as I will be another year older on the 19th. I squeeled when I got the notification with the release date! Ah I am rambling here, I just wanted to let you know how much I missed your soft and happy art and how happy I am to have that weekly again!
