Inspiration (Patreon)

I'd like to talk a little bit about inspiration. As you know, I'm pretty good at cranking out whatever it is that you guys are looking for. Right now, I'm mired in a very difficult animation that a very kind soul donated money to see, and while it's almost done, it's been a real labor - so much that I pulled down the commission tiers of donations to take a break for a bit.

I find that when I sit back and look at the screen, and try to decide what to make, I generally gravitate back toward old games I've played (Final Fantasy) or my lust of the week (Metal Gear Solid V).

But I also know that what I like isn't always what my audience wants to see. So I'd like to push more in a direction of "what do you guys want to see this weekend?" While it can't always be a new character, I'm always happy to get the older ones out of the attic and make some new stuff.

So drop a line, let me know, and I'll get some voting polls up too. You're welcome to suggest old models or new. I'd like to try and kickstart a little activity and get past this minor lull in creativity.
