Feeling the weight, the warmth, the contours, the fullness, whatever is there to be felt
Being entirely in your left hand
Now move
Focus entirely on the back of your neck
Noticing the sensations
Any slight tension, pressure, whatever sensations you can experience there
Being entirely there, entirely focused, entirely present, with the back of your neck
Now move
Focus entirely on your core, your belly, your center of balance
Being entirely in that location
Feeling what there is to feel
The movement, the breath, the sensations
