A file to recontextualize your time spent asleep, to help you see how it is laced through with my intention and control. I teach you how sleep is just an extension of trance, an extension of my control. Sleep is the regenerative cycle you undergo to be better and better at hypnotic trance.

My lessons are best received by a well rested subject. My control is best incorporated into a chemically restored, well healed brain. Every time you go to sleep, you are solidifying the training of your last trance, and preparing for your next trance to benefit from the mental rejuvenation of a good night’s sleep. 

This is best listened to before bed, when you can let yourself obediently drift from trance to sleep after listening.
