I have a full, much more erotic, release planned for you tomorrow. In the meantime, I wanted to share a little something I recorded on the side.

My version of UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center's 3-Minute Body Scan Mindfulness Meditation script. If you want to learn more about mindfulness, I encourage you to check out their website.

This 3 minute piece is an excellent introduction to mindfulness practice for those with limited experience with or time for meditation.

You can listen at any time, in any position, though it can be helpful to find a comfortable one. This meditation mentions and assumes you are sitting.

Doing a practice like this one even three times a week can be of great benefit to your mental and physical well-being.
