(N) Link your patreon to discord (Patreon)

You might notice I didn't post thing on Patreon for awhile, as I am  moving my attention to discord.

Yet your patreon tier is still effective on my discord server, you just have to connect your discord to patreon then you can unlock exclusive channel.
