The Future of Starship Ponyville *HUGE SPOILERS* (Patreon)

As many of you know, most of my major albums are all concept albums that deal with the overarching story of "Starship Ponyville", a fanfic/album series that I've been conceptualizing with my friend Sylver and working on music for since 2012. 

The albums that have already been released and/or announced in this series are as follows

Most people are under the impression that the final Starship Ponyville chapter will end on "Promise Complex". This is true in the sense that the story that Sylver and I set out to tell over 8 years ago will be finally complete. But it's not where any of this ends.

I've loved working on this series so much, but the standards and limitations I've set for myself project-wise has been difficult to deal with and I'm ready for the series as it is to be complete. In 2017, shortly after the release of Mystic Acoustics, Sylver and I talked a lot about the future of Starship Ponyville. We humoured countless ideas at each other about the possibility of an extended universe and had decided that concept would eventually come to fruition. As we draw near the conclusion of the main series, it became apparent to me that story based music is my bread and butter and absolutely everything I live for in making music. 

So here's the idea. The story will continue episodically through music, story, and art, just like it has been, but with a lot looser deadlines and hopefully no more 30+ song albums because it's just hard to live up to that lol. The first installment of the extended series will be "The Great Adventure" which features the kobold Io Adore, a versatile mercenary for the aristocratic elite of her home planet, Haldyyr. She will meet and find friendship in varying familiar characters from the Starship Ponyville series, and such worlds like this will coexist as a part of that universe.

We'll follow the adventures of Io and Turtle, the changeling.. But we'll also check in with Vylet & Rayna, Sylver, and Twilight back in a rapidly advancing Equestria. There's lots to consider and plenty of potential to try out new ideas. I'm very excited for it.
