Working on this month's voting story (Patreon)

I am just starting Feb's voting story.  I had to break a tie this month.  I only break ties on the monthly votes right.  If the other polls have a tie, I give those on DA a chance to break it as I don't want to be the one to break it.

But with the monthly story that is just for those here on Patreon to share their thoughts, so it is the reason why I am breaking the ties on votes when they do happen.  I will make a note to work on the other two stories some time later this year though.

Anyways just wanted to let everyone know the tie policy and as I am slowly figuring things out and refining everything.  Also let you know that the voted on story is on it's way for the month.
