Tiers update (Patreon)

Monthly image tier is back, limited to 6 slots for now, we'll see how it goes.

Also new $10 tier added which includes a suggestion/requests Discord channel (or if you want to just give more for some reason). Please note that it doesn't mean that i will draw anything and everything suggested/requested.
