Sergei demonstrates that even though it sucks, stretching after a workout helps a lot with flexibility and muscle range of motion. For how long he has been doing it he gets to show off a little to motivate others :3

After this he can't wait to have some refreshing elderberry juice he and his bro made and to hop in a shower or if he has the energy to walk over to the nearby lake/river to have a dip.

I always did want to draw a standing splits, the hips and stomach movement to follow the turning body were kinda of tough, but I'm glad I did it!
