Trying to restructure Patreon tier (Patreon)

1. current $4 might increase to 5.

2. new $10 tier will be able to vote for pose ideas, PSD files will be available for highest tier.

3. considering adding $1 tier as "tip only" tier.

4. Current supporters will have WIPs and high res images available anyways. Thanks for supporting me so far, I can't thank enough for this.
