Breeding the Pack (Patreon)

I can’t believe I’m stuck on this patrol again. Time and again I’m ordered to patrol the same tunnels over and over again. Nothing ever happens here. Whilst Artyom gets to go out on the surface and kill himself with radiation, I’m stuck down here.

Still, at least it is quiet here and I can be alone with my thoughts. I heard some stories that there are women here in the Meto who give themselves to the beasts. Apparently they put on some show over in the Bolshoi station. Just the thought of that gets my mind racing.

But would it kill my father to give me a patrol with some excitement every once in a while? Monsters, bandits - even fucking Nazis down here and I’m in the one place that’s free of from all of them. The highlight of my night was some movement I heard down the tunnel, but when I searched the area…nothing. Probably just some rodent.
