taking a short break from patreon polls (Patreon)

hey guys, quick update. been feeling extremely unwell for a bit. the pressures of... well, basically everything have really been getting to me in a major way. it's unfortunately taken a toll on my output of art, specifically what I view as "owed" art. as fun as patreon polls are to do, for the past few months I've been pulling my hair out stressing over getting them done in a timely manner, while having to juggle so many personal issues and life events on top of that.

all of this to say, I'm going to be taking a short break from monthly patreon polls. the hope is that it'll just be for the month of August, and that I'll be reinvigorated to start up again in September. but ofc, I can't really promise that, as my life rn is super unpredictable. the only promise I can make is that this decision isn't permanent and I'll be back to it at some point!

ofc, this doesn't mean I won't be uploading anything this month! I'll still be making art, including some things I'm sure y'all will really enjoy 👀 but it'll all be stuff I can do at my own pace without any sort of deadlines, self-imposed or otherwise. I'm also planning to give you all more of a peek behind the curtain on things I'm working on for my story and characters in the long term, something I was focusing more on back when my patreon first started that I've unfortunately neglected over the last year. should feel nice to get back to that!

just be patient with me while I sort things out, that's all I ask! thank you all so much for understanding. 💜
