Yeah, evolution of butts.  xD  And muscles.

On the left Thumper on the classic style I am doing all the life, on middle Djali with more details on muscle, and the last one Bambi as adult with a lot of more more details on muscular topic. This last one is a more recently experiment.

I think I finally I found the key for draw those detailed muscles. Normally I started on the high part of the body and then I erase, example butt, starting always with the checks and later I used the eraser for make the lines and those things (like on the picture of Thumper or Djali), but on that case of the picture of Bambi was the process on viseversa (on the case of butt): I started with the leg, then use the eraser for mark the curve of the check and later paint the check and the result is, well, different, it makes it more... "deep", marked. Is hard to explain but the effect and result is visible and now I can make more marked bodies with different effects of deep or form. However this effect disable my "cute butts" effect for "sexy butts" effect... or something like. I need now find a way to balance both effects. For muscled characters can work very good, this effect can work even for adult characters... yeah, much better than young obviously.

Now I need try with girls, I need make some practices with boobs (is the part I always has issues whe I draw girls), with female chracters will be a challenge, I need try and draw girls for see what happen.

I see some subtle differences. The black and white versions are a little difficult to see the full picture. I can see where the gluteal folds are that you've emphesized, I assume that is where you're referencing in your description? With the Bambi picture, backs are tough. I've sculpted a couple and each time it looks weird. I think its very hard to really get down the creases and shadows.

Yeah that thing... is hard to explain, sorry, my english sometimes is very limited... only with a video you will get the idea. :) Agree with you. I think the hard part is make the correct volumen on the objects and bodies... and those are affected by perspectie. But slowly I am working on it.
