A chastity cage that uses nanobot injections to reshape the wearer's body. Increasing hips and ass to be more feminine while shrinking the scrotum and enlarging the inguinal canals so the testicles can re-enter the body. 

What is left of the penis is wrapped in the penis sock so they can still use the WC.

The chastity cage attaches via the hair on the body being chemically removed. Allowing the skin safe glue on the chastity cage to enter the follicles and harden. Preventing it to be easily removed.
