We find Lacy adding an entry to her diary in her bedroom. She tells the story of how much she loves her  step dad and all that he does for his family, and how her bitch of a mother treats him like dirt. She tells of a nice winter weekend her dad had planed for the family at the cottage, and how her mother ended up having to fly away again for work. she suspects her mother is having an affair. that's ok though. lacy has taken on the role of wife for years while her mother has been off flying around with her boss... Well she played the role in all areas but one.. Something she would remedy this weekend.
