Laundy mat environment (Patreon)

Formatted for use in Vam from sketchfab. added colliders to key areas like the table and bench's.

I did this environment on my gaming laptop but could not verify it worked correctly in VR. if anybody has any issues in VR please let me know ASAP so I can fix it. Thank you.
