Iridi got the most votes, but DrG does a weighted roll for the winner, which means that more votes is just a higher chance of winning. This makes sure people just enter which characters they like and want to see rather than just the ones they think have the best odds like, say, Monara which would always get most votes.

Yes. This is not a perfect system, but it's one that has been slowly built up over time, and I will most likely tinker more with it if I find better ways to do it. I think it's the best so far to create a compromise between direct voter popularity and allowing for more diverse characters to have a chance.
