Will Thrawn's writing in live-action in Ahsoka or a future show ever acknowledge the "he's secretly trying to be a good guy" depiction from the books?

Maybe. But every bad guy is secretly trying to be the good guy. Thanos thought murdering half the universe was the right thing to do. Anakin was trying to be the good guy to save his wife. Thrawn's motivations don't forgive his bad guy actions.

Hi Alex and Mollie, with the Lucasfilm animation studio in Singapore(?), that made the Clone Wars, closing, do you think there will be more Star Wars animated shows? After all, they want to cut back with content. I'm a bit worried.
