Do we have a canon (or legends) explanation for why speeder bikes go “HOoOoOooo” when they pass? Other than because it sounds badass :)

I'm planning a trip to Galaxy's Edge next year, my main goal is to build a lightsaber. But I'm gonna have to transport that thing in a plane to Germany. Since you guys went and built lightsabers I figured you'd know whether I could purchase a flight safe container there or if I have to get something suitable elsewhere.
