It's really interesting around 19:40 when Anakin is chasing Asoka you hear the strings in the music that mirror Duel of the Fates (about 2min 45s in on the OST version). You could say it is a fateful decision Asoka made, however really it's another moment which shapes Anakin. Qui-gon dying was out of Anakin's hands, and Asoka's situation now is out of his hands too. When she leaves the order it is another nail in the coffin that ensures Anakin's fall to the dark side.
