Couldn’t the criticisms of Jango basically also be applied to how the Jedi raise younglings? Is there any difference actually other than Jango doing it for money and the Jedi doing it for the safety of the galaxy? The Jedi are still teaching kids to kill.

The Jedi don't kill for money. They are taught to defend, and killing is a last resort for that.
