If the new character shown at the end of Vader #1 does end up either being Sabe or one of Padme's two nieces do you think they would quickly be killed off or do you think they would be kept in the story throughout the duration much like Aphra was? Vader comics seem to work best when there are other characters driving the plot allowing Vader to remain mostly silent. Soule's run didn't have a mainstay character like Aphra but it had several different characters that would come in and give personality to the story. This series will also have the task of explaining how Vader grew a lot softer between ESB and ROTJ. If a character came in that reminded Vader of Padme (or even tricked Vader into thinking she was Padme) that would help explain how we got a milder Vader in Ep. VI.

Sabe makes a lot more sense than a niece lol I can't believe that's where my mind went first. It looks like whoever it is will be around for at least a few issues, but I don't know under what context. It's going to be interesting to see where it goes, but I don' t see Vader wanting this person to live, if they're fighting against the Empire.

Gonna go casual. What have you been watching lately that you or Molly really got into outside of Star Wars? Oddly enough watching Star Trek TNG for the first time is keeping me busy until Clone Wars comes out. Probably going to finish a promise to a friend by watching Buffy next when Clone Wars is on the back burner again. Thanks and keep up the great work!
