What the Fuck is Even French!? - Sketch (Patreon)

Decided to warm up today by doodling Kerry and Rue when they first met. I've done this before actually a few years ago but expanded on the idea a little. Kerri was born in France and learned both French and English from a young age. But when she moved to the States she always started off by speaking French because it was more comfortable but also because of her accent,
I always had this head canon that even when Kerry did speak, she would only say a few words. Always soft and quiet. and again, more often then not it would be in French. So I imagine Rue carrying a notebook, listening closely to what little Kerri would say. Then frantically looking through her handy dandy French to English Dictionary trying to figure out just what the heckie this girl is saying. 

Rue eventually gets to a point that she can understand French even if Kerri is speaking it a mile a minute. Though she could never speak it too well herself.
