Hi everyone, here is last month's bonus comic! It was meant to be shared here yesterday, but some unexpected schedule conflicts came up last week, so I've been running a little behind, working extra to play catch-up.

Kudos to anyone who knows what specific film I used as reference in this.

I want to say this is inspired by a documentary done by Walt Disney but I don't know the name.

Reminds of Walt Disney's World of Color! Especially seeing the small models and him talking to a concept artist!

I just can't see him being a good guy

Dr. Rodin

If it is Walt Disney he’s based off of (and he’s mostly is), then definitely yeah Sterling is not entirely morally right & he only seems to value robots as mainly tools that can be improved upon to appear and ACT more approachable to humans to make them consumer-friendly.

Miy Eterp

Walt Disney!

I really love these peeks into Sterling's history, and the man himself.

“It’s a great big beautiful tomorrow, shining at the end of every day. Its a great big beautiful tomorrow, just a dream away!” -Walt Disney

Theory time: that chalk drawing by the that scientist guy, Ziegler I believe. It looks suspiciously like the touch nervous system in the nandroid blueprint that allows them to be more touch sensitive/more careful with children…It could be possible there have been multiple designers that have drafted, experimented, and designed the complete systems of nandroids later on, but what if Ziegler played a major role in the line by being the designer of THE touch nervous system. It honestly makes sense, naturally the next step making a successor to Tin Man is to make one being aware and sensitive around people, to give a bot stimulation of what amount of force is needed to not be seen as threatening as all of those informercials/trainings from early comics have a big emphasis on “safety” around humans.
