That's just dumb software engineering on their part. Software doesn't cause the same error in every effected system, you do further troubleshooting, especially when you have no idea what's wrong. Clearly this guy has never worked in tech support. XD

The doctor is sus. He’s one of those people who have seniority in their professions, but still too proud to see if there are mistakes in their work. It’s ok to be aware of your own mistakes however seasoned/experienced they are, especially when in this profession they’re responsible of products designed to TAKE CARE OF CHiLdRen. 😤😤😤
