Astra - Full Game (Episode 1 Voiced) (Patreon)

Hello Patrons,

Hope everyone is having a fantastic weekends so far! Just here to share the latest build with you all which is Astral Ascension fully completed with episode 1 voiced by the main cast! You can check it out here:

Please note that this was our first implementation of voice over so far so it will be a bit janky. The biggest known issues right now are:

1) Lip sync randomly stops working (you will hear the voice but the character's mouth won't move)

2) Lip sync feels abnormal (the sprite animation for the mouth needs to be tweaked to show a bit more teeth so that it looks more natural)

3) Volume is whacked (set music to 25% in the menu or it will blast you and you can't hear dialogue. Celeste VO is also a bit quiet at the moment. The volume between characters is also not quite normalized)

4) Scene mismatches (the voice inflection may not reflect the character expression and/or music)

The above issues are all specific to voice over so we will be working through these over the next little while as we continue to also finish the rest of the voice work. It is busy times but I will say right now that the game feels VERY SPICY with everything starting to come together!
