Afterword - The Sun I Can't See - Chapter 2 (Patreon)

Please do not read this until you read The Sun I Can't See - Chapter 2 as it contains spoilers.

So, what to say about that one. First, let's brag a little bit. Chapter 1 got a CRAZY high rating on Literotica. As we speak, it got about 3000 views, and 26 users rated it 4.92/5. Of course, a lot of people on that site skips the story after a few lines because it's not fappable enough, but to get and hold this kind rating is unusual. It is ranked #2 as the most popular story of the last 30 days. It's worth what it's worth, but it makes me happy.

That said, I decided to skip a few weeks in their relationship right at the beginning. I chose to let Alex describe how those three weeks went from her point of view. They were discovering the pros and cons of being together and tried to work positively on their relationship.

The reason I did this because I knew they would go to the Fox & Spice, and I couldn't wait to see what they were going to do. I said it often in the past, I'm a gardener(never plan what I write), so when my characters are about to do something fun, I get all excited and can't wait to find out. I pretty much discover things as I'm typing. I swear, I didn't know about the dance cage until Alex said she was scared to bump into people because it was too crowded on the dance floor.

I wanted them to spend as much time as possible during this chapter at the club. Looking at them evolve in public made some character traits emerge, and we learned a bit more about who they are. I have to be honest, I didn't care about Miles when the whole story started. I loved Alex, and it was going to be her story only... However, in chapter 2, Miles decided to take more space than I had anticipated.

A reader sent me a comment, I don't remember who it was, unfortunately, but he said: "I relate to Miles, because I love women in boots and latex as well." (if it's you, please leave a comment) That made me think... I do too. Hell, I'm writing all those stories about latex girls, yet, I never admitted it to anybody in real life; Which is really sad. I should talk about this to my therapist.

That said, I wanted to add some rubber in this episode, and the vacbed was very interesting to me. I have to apologize, as soon as I see an opportunity for girl on girl action, I can't seem to be able to steer away from it. All my stories end up with that kind of content. So I apologize. I love it so much. I believe most of the partons are okay with it, but I'm sure some are a little bit bugged by this. Would it be fair to say that women would be the ones the most affected by that choice? I honestly don't know... Please take a moment to answer the poll that was posted in parallel. I'm curious.

That said, there is an upcoming series called Winter Maid that is coming down the pipe. There won't be any female on female in it.

Outside that, I'm pleased with this chapter and the 3rd one is pretty much completed, I have some fine-tuning to do. You won't have to wait too long to discover who the slavegirl is. Some of you may have picked some hints here and there in the text. If you think you know, please don't tell others. it will be revealed in Chapter 3. :)

Finally, thanks to all the patrons for reading and commenting. Do I imagine things, or do I feel we are building a small community of cool rubber girls loving people? Maybe I'm too emotional about this.
