Its taken way to long but hopefully you guys like it, the Fifth Element Zorg ZF-1 weapon is complete and both the STL's and CAD files are in their respected folders. The large main pieces I have saved out as individual large items and cut up small items for the different ways you guys like to print. I will now be working on the drawing as the assembly would need some explaining as there are just soooo many parts that all fix together.

Like I said on social media a couple days ago the sight which has a array of flashing LED's is empty and the cover should just snap onto it to close. This will give you an area to hide batteries or a control unit for it all that easily accessable.

As well as starting on the drawing I will be starting on the Portal Gun as that was the second highest prop you guys voted for last time. After that I will do a pole on what you guys want next as its been quite some time since the last one. If you have any suggestions please leave a comment as I will add them to the list.

Is there a plan for a layout PDF like in some other projects? I ask because there's over 100 separate files for this (makes it look phenomenal though)

I know this is just the completed files and you've not yet built this one but what are you thinking regarding print settings? I'm still zeroing in my printer print quality after it decided to throw fits and die on me. Ended up replacing everything but the motors, bed, case, and hardware.

Parts like the main skeleton that everything would mount to and the arms that hold up the sight I would print 100% fill as you want maximum stiffness. The main cover pieces that make up the outer body I would print 3-4 loops at 30-40% infill just to also give them strength. For everything else something like 2-3 loops with anywhere between 15-30% depending on what the item is.
