The caption image shows my current progress on the front inlay of the jumanji and hopefully it's noticeable then I'm starting to improve on Blender. I'm adding all the small hand-carved details so that its not just flat surfaces and I've taken a slice off it to test print on the resin printer to see how good these details come out. Once I've added these details and I fixed a few issues with the meshes in Blender I will then cut the board up for printing. My plan is to release the files as-is so you guys who want to print this can start progressing, I will then start modelling the player figures for the board as well as making the decals for the inside and release those when they are done.

As learning and improving on Blender was basically most of my Xmas break the only other model I've made progress on is the Big Daddy Drill as this was more of a personal project. I'm now in the final stages of rigging up all of the motors and gearing to make sure it all runs smooth and then I'll release the files for that as well. To give a sense of scale of the thing, here a quick picture of me barely holding this thing up.

FYI, this will be a static prop and just for show as the rear portion which is the forearm clamp is quite thin and fragile compared the front part and there was no way to make this thing strong enough and this big without it being chunky.

Next part on the list is the thigh armour of the T60 which I will post a picture of once I have something that resembles it. My plan for the next project was to finish the star wars pit droid as that wont take me too much longer and then do another poll sometime soon of what project you guys, and myself, want next. Please leave suggestions below as there will obviously be loads of stuff I haven't thought of.

PS, I haven't watch the Mandalorian yet as its not in the UK till march but my plan is to model the helmet and pistol. Specifically the pistol as many creators have rushed to be the first to get a model out and none of them I would class as being accurate even though it's based off a true weapon.

I agree with you on the "FIRST!!!" race. Some people try to be 'First' so badly they crank out a rather rubbish looking version of something that sort of resembles what they were modeling. Quality and Accuracy far outweigh 'First' in my opinion.

I've been looking for a good set of files for the clone trooper backpack. It's pretty predominant in clone wars and would be cool to have a functional one.
