Which are the ones you care most having a say in?

Honestly I think most of these should be decided by you as the developer as I do see it. the personality of the girls is one of the basics that will lay ground to how your story will work out, so that should be really your call here. The appearance of the characters should mostly mirror who they are so in my book that should also be mainly up to you in order to underline who these characters are. The tone of the upcoming episodes will most likely depend on what you are about to tell storywise so it will be hard for your audience to make a call here. You will most likely know how the story as a whole or the seperate archs will play out so I'd say you should make the call how to structure the releases so that it will get a nice overall flow. Only the part with fetishes is one that could be more easily be handed to the player base as the results of the polls could be weighted for the different characters and you may want to add the most voted ones where you think they will most likely fit storywise or characterwise. Either way this one seems to be the best candidate for future polls from my point of view.
