A.E. Prevost is an agender nonbinary writer, linguist, and bookseller who loves stories about friendship, adventure, and queer joy. Their story "Sandals Full of Rainwater", first published in the Gender Diverse Pronouns special issue of the magazine Capricious, made the 2018 Otherwise Award (formerly Tiptree) Honor List and was reprinted in Transcendent 4: The Year’s Best Transgender Speculative Fiction. Their story "Labyrinth, Sanctuary" was published in the World Fantasy-nominated battle poet anthology Sword & Sonnet and reprinted and adapted into audio by PodCastle in 2019.
