Getting to the end of our Yelan run, but this is one of the best and saved for near the end. Enjoy it!

Yelan is a buggy buggy lady to mod. You can patch it with the included yelanddashfix.py if you know how to use those.

Nah, they're not. The normal one has a transparent waist wrap skirt thing, and the no wrap doesn't have it. Although I can understand if you were too distracted to notice the wrap :P

Hmmm... try changing some graphics settings? Maybe transparencies don't work well on lower settings.

Are you using them in a toggle? For me the waistwrap shows up if I only use the original but if I add it to a toggle with other versions the wrap disappears

Yeah, I just realized that myself. The transparent wrap will not appear if you merge mods to toggle. There's a warning that pops up that says "Unrecognized entry: run = customshadertransparency".
