A Huge 2 Months, and Big Changes in this Patreon (Patreon)

An Amazing 2 Months

It's been a wild ride - a month ago, we were sitting at 100 Patreons, which I thought was pretty damn impressive for a Patreon that was at that point only a month old. Now we're upto 273 (as of this post)! I'm amazed and a little intimidated! Things are happening faster then I expected. I'm definetly going to have to get some help if things continue at this pace - and I am looking and talking to people, so hopefully I can continue this pace of content release without burning out and being able to focus more on the quality and consistency of the mods themselves (right now, a lot of my time is split between managing patreons, marketing and even advancing through the game so I can actually test and appreciate the content I make, as well as making mods).

Changes Coming

As the patreon continues to grow, things will continue to change and revamp - this is my first time managing this sort of thing, so there's going to be a learning curve to it, I hope you can understand!

One of the big changes I've been meaning to make for a few weeks now is the changing of the tiers and benefits.

Previously, we've had Lewd Access, Lewd Voters, Lewd Requests and Lewd Patrons. The latter two tiers were able to make variation requests from me - the amount dependent on the tier they've subscribed to.

After a couple months, I've clearly hit a wall - with more Patreons coming in, and more subscribers with request priviledges, I've ended up dedicating more and more of my time to fulfilling requests! It was always my intention to limit the number of subscribers in these rolls - I just didn't do it initially... due to that aforementioned learning curve!

The simple truth is that relative to the amount of time that each request takes, I'm already underpaid relative to my normal working rate - simply by taking the request, and opening Blender and exporting and testing and uploading, this process takes 20-30 minutes at minimum. And often I go far above and beyond for each request, resculpting, fixing weights, making previously uncreated variations.

On one hand, I enjoy doing these requests properly. On the other - I have a limited capacity to do them.

The New System

The new system - which starts now for new subscribers, removes the Lewd Requests tier, and replaces it with a lower priced - Lewd Deep Access tier. Instead of a few Patreons monopolozing a significant chunk of my time, I'm now shifting those benefits over to the 'Lewd Voters' tier.

This means that Lewd Voters now have the ability to vote in specially marked "Voter Request" polls on the Requested Variants that they want to see. They do this by making comments in that poll, and then liking all the variant requests from other voters that they want to see be made into a mod. At the end of a set period, when I'm able - I take the highest liked comment that is a variation request, and turn that into a mod. Of course, I reserve the right to determine which ones will be made - if a request violates my moral principles, or is too difficult, or unrelated to the feature mod that the poll relates to, then I'll move onto the next highest liked comment.

This tier remains at the same price as before.

Lewd Requests has now been removed - those currently on that tier will be allowed to remain on it for the next 30 days. Please use your request credit by sending me a direct message before that time is up! (although I'll record if it goes unused, and provide fulfillment beyond that time period nonetheless). Before those 30 days are up - please change to a different tier - either the Patron level to maintain the ability to make personal requests, or downgrade to the Lewd Voter tier to still provide some direction on what sort of variations are made.

Lewd Patrons remain - but this tier has now being limited to 20 spots. Additionally, the number of guaranteed requests drop to 1 per month. However, I'm loosening the definition of what is requestable here - I'm willing to go the extra mile to fulfill requests from Patrons, so long as its within reason (i.e. I won't create a whole new costume that would normally take me a few days - but I'll create new morphs, shape costumes to those new morphs, etc.... e.g. make a pregnant belly, and fit clothes over that belly).

If any existing Patreons in the Lewd Requests or Lewd Patrons are unhappy with these changes, please contact me. I am willing to issue a refund - but the privileges of those tiers will of course be rescinded.

Lewd Access and Lewd Deep Access

Finally, the biggest change occurs at the lowest tier, affecting the most users. From March onwards - these changes will apply (meaning that things will operate as normal for the month of Feburary).

I believe I provide excellent value with what I've put out on this Patreon so far. Nearly every day has seen new and original content of some form! The activity level is off the charts to be honest! Previously Lewd Access granted access to both Primary and Requested Variants (in fact there was no specific distinction being made there).

Now Lewd Access will provide Early Access to all Primary Variant mods - basically the mods that I advertise in advance, and create variants for of my own volition are considered Primary Variants.

Requested Variants are made by other Patreons, that I then fulfill.

Nonetheless, Lewd Access provides excellent value to users - it's reasonably priced, and counting the Primary Variants for just HuTao alone - I have 24 Primary Variants planned - to be released over the course of a couple weeks. Additionally, Yelan will likely receive in the same region of Primary Variants as well - meaning over the course of a single month, Early Access patreons will get access to up to 40 mods! They will of course continue to get access to other occasional mods I make - weapons, Lite mods, things like the Angel Wings, and the occasional Lewd Render I upload.

In contrast, other Patreons (that I've seen) have content updates that range from less than 1 per month, to 4-5 updates for an active Patreon.

The new tier Lewd Deep Access essentially is a mirror of the benefits from Lewd Voters - except without the voting rights. They get the same content releases as all the upper tiers, and they don't even have to worry about what gets made. This is the best tier to be on for those that want the complete content library as soon as its made!
