So Wuthering Waves is out now, and everyone seems to be talking about it. No doubt many of you are wondering if I'll be modding this one - I've been asked quite a few times already!

The short answer is: It depends.

Depends on:

1A. If its fun, and I like playing the game.

1B. If it's fun and others like playing the game and there's broad community interest in it.

2. If the game itself is moddable (the tools are still been made and developed, but not properly functioning yet).

3. If the developers are ok with modding (could be like early Genshin days)

4. If me and my team have enough time and energy to take on board another game.

At this point, if all boxes are checked, I'll be looking into WW modding after Genshin 4.7.

Essentially, don't go playing WW expecting mods at this early stage! I'm going to try and see if it's worth while... and if after a month or two, I'm still enjoying it and the interest is still high, it'll be a good time to join in on the modding fun!

I hope the game wont fall off, an actual competitor for Genshin would be to avoid complacency. Genshin still has a lot of room to improve.

I am playing Wuthering Wave, would love mods for it.
