A commission by a Patron tier member - Father becomes Mother! Arlecchino gets a pregnancy slider based on the nude body slider I put out recently.

Due to the limitations of the slider tech, I can't go from not-pregnant to pregnant, but there is nonetheless a slider to change the belly size (from quite pregnant to very pregnant). Additionally, I've better figured out the menu functionality, so it's a little better presented as well! This one comes with toggle for pubic hair as well, so if you're the type that likes this kinda content, enjoy! :D

Both of these have been updated since 4.6, so if you have any issues, try updating them before asking for help! TexFx also includes a new outline shader function that I've used here to provide more accurate outline colors; really helps with Arlecchino's skin gradient transition.
