With Genshin's 4.5 banner, Chiori headlines the first half - and while she looks beautiful and graceful in her normal yellow Inazuman outfit, for a fashion designer, she deserves moreeee. She shows off her Avant Garde design sensibilities with her Latex Princess series - showing off form, skin, and a bit of function with a combination of latex, buckles and PVC!

This is a WIP of Chiori's Latex Princess initial release - it has some clipping issues that I still have to deal with... I might also need to deal with the outline issues in a more creative manner. Those elements shouldn't take too long to fix - but once they're done, she'll seen a full normal release!

INSTRUCTIONS:

**To get transparency working, please download TexFx from here**

To Remove the 'Remove Transparency Filter' (required to get TexFx working), check your 3DMigoto/ShaderFixes folder for these files

(Sort by Date Modified, then search for the top and bottom in the search box, the relevant files should be clustered up)
