Been waiting for you two to watch this movie, it’s SO GOOD! One of the few movies where the sequel is better than the original (but the original is so good too)

"She's gonna be the best" You guys know how woke Hollywood works these days that's for sure. The female character has to show up the hero and be the most capable because feminism. However, this movie is a refreshing change, while she's good, she's no better than the others and not as good as Maverick. One of the reasons this movie is so popular, the lack of woke propaganda. Phoenix, played by Monica Barbaro is so hot though.

Maverick reached a top speed of mach 10.2, but that's gradual acceleration, there's no G force involved, just as in a commercial plane we only feel g forces when we take off due to acceleration and rapid change of direction. In their mission flying through the canyon they have to rapidly change direction in the turns which puts huge stress on their body. Mach level is how many times the speed of sound it is. G-Force is the pressure measured in Earth gravities. Speed is different to G-Force.

Val Kilmer who played Iceman had throat cancer in real life and was actually sick in this movie. Praise God he has been in remission since 2020.

One of the best reaction videos I've seen to one of the best movies I've seen. No wonder it was a mega hit blockbuster. It has all the elements. Action. Emotion. Love story. And one of best drawn out climactic scenes with the extended dog fights and impossible odds to ratchet up the tension, like they said. "like a roller coaster". I saw it when it first came out and it was like seeing it again for the first time with their heartfelt teary-eyed emotional reactions. Great job Homies and Patreon.

I'm right there with you. I always argued Terminator 2 was the best action sequel, but this is in the running for top spot in my book.

Yep T2 and this are in a league of their own. I would also argue for Aliens. James Cameron is a masterful sequel maker, as well as my favourite director.

While it was a good film, I wasn't the biggest fan of Top Gun, but it's my wife's favorite movie. I LOVED this sequel, though, everything about it. The fact Tom Cruise shares a birthday with both my wife and sister (July 3) only solidifies it for me 🤣. Great reaction ladies!

A major and valid criticism is that attempting to eject at mach 10 would mean instant death. While true, I'm guessing that the cockpit is specially designed as a separate pod that is areodynamically streamlined with stablising fins and ejects as a whole with the pilot inside so that while the impact of the airflow would be traumatic upon ejection it wouldn't be fatal, and a chute would deploy when the pod reaches a much slower speed.
