I don't understand all the hate. First you complain that nothing is coming and when they post something, it's not right either. Sure, I've written before that this or that isn't what interests me, but that's not their fault, it's just my taste. If you don't want to see it, don't watch it. It is really easy. A little tip: on Instagram you can get a glimpse of what they're up to from time to time. Maybe then you'll finally stop pretending they're your property.

Do they have to jump off the bridge when someone says they have to do it? You do realize that they do other things than just shoot reaction videos? Probably not. I mentioned before in a comment that they don't force anyone to support them. That's up to everyone. If you don't like it, you can come back in another month and support them or not. You won't achieve anything with hate comments like that.

First we have a right to complain as we are paying customers...second they did a poll for movies almost 3 weeks ago and haven't posted anything from it so we have a right to complain...third if you do the math they have at least 500 subscribers probably more, all paying €10+ euro a month. That's at leats €5000 a month they are getting from us for reactions and they go weeks without reacting and when they do it's not what we voted for. But hey it's nice to know we are paying for all the holidays they post on Instagram.

I'm glad you're so good at math, but that doesn't mean, they have to do what other people want and when they want. Because they go on vacation and enjoy life, are they bad people now? Anyone who had the chance would do the same. You don't even know what else they do on the side, or are you there? If you don't like it, there are plenty of others making reaction videos. Instead of simply asking them normally, why they don't React to the winner polls, you become aggressive straight away. And you think, you're getting something with it but that's not true. Just because you pay for something doesn't mean, you can't keep the ball flat.

I'm not saying they can't do what they want of coarse they can....What I'm saying is that they should be reacting to the stuff we have voted for considering we're the one's paying them €5000+ a month to do it

Then just try the friendly way instead of being so aggressive. You might get an answer or something. Of course I can understand the point of view, after all I'm paying too. But if I act like a savage, it's clear that I won't get an answer. You can clarify things like that in a different way, for example by communicating better, and maybe they'll go into it. Another option would be to leave a comment under the edited Movie Reaction videos they upload to yt. As far as I know, they rarely or never read the comments on Patreon but maybe, they read the comments on yt.

This is exactly the behavior, I mean. And no i never claimed, that I was something better. On yt, there is a higher probability of getting an answer. Works for Magy and Blue too. How do you think, Magy gets the most suggestions or why she mostly only reacts to anime lately? People make suggestions to her on yt and that's where she usually answers. Try your luck there instead of here on Patreon and if you're lucky, you'll get an answer.

Yeah I can't justify another month of this, I'm paying for a service that I don't seem to be getting at least from my perspective, You don't seem to be making any effort at all to react to movies from the monthly polls anymore, Such a shame, Late last year was epic not sure where you've gone but all we get is silence so for those reasons I will be canceling my sub, good luck in future.

I do agree with a lot of the comments. I don’t know if any of these comments have been read by any of their team but they must remember they are offering a paid service. A key part of the service the homies are offering is the ability to vote in polls and in turn they will react to the movies we vote for. To say that “they have their own lives”, of course they do. No one should ever deny that - we all have our lives. However, again, that doesn’t change the fact that this is a paid for service and paying customers are entitled to express their feedback. Personally for me, having an April poll that starts on the 4th April is too late in itself. Monthly polls should really start the last week of the previous month. And through out the month I’d expect at least 1 reaction per week from the poll. I think that’s a very fair expectation and no doubt many others would expect a lot more.

Yeah I think if there’s not atleast 4 reactions by the end of the week which include some movies from the poll I’m probably unsubscribing too

Lots of people “liking” these comments but doesn’t really mean anything. If you’re unhappy voice it, or direct message the creator or unsubscribe - why aren’t people doing this? It’s clear they don’t actually respond to comments nor does it look like it’s achieving anything

We've all been unhappy with this situation for a long time now ,And made several posts expressing how bad it is, And they have not replied to any of them or put up a post anywhere on this site or YouTube explaining what the situation is, This Just tells me everything i need to know, They are just doing whatever the hell they like now and for that reason they no longer deserve my custom and many other's.

FYI everyone... I do see that "The 40-Year Old Virgin" has been uploaded to their sync.com catalog, so something positive! And for all those who are thinking of canceling... you can cancel a Patreon subscription in the middle of your month and you still get access through the remainder, so maybe if they see a bunch of pending cancelations it might get them to realize they need to give us a little love. Maybe it's just cuz I like kids movies. But I don't see why this comment section in particular is so full of hate. I enjoy the reactions to the kids movies more than anything else. Especially the classics like Willy Wonka 1971 and old animated Disney movies. I knew when I signed up for their patreon, I would be getting the full reactions to every movie and film they've reacted to. I haven't expected more. I haven't expected them to take my suggestions of watch Up or Cars and do it. I guess I'm saying I'm neutral in this, to some degree. I'm more on the other side of the hate. the non-hate side. If that makes sense.
