Never watched the show which clearly has an anti-Christian bias based on what I read that a preacher in the show is a horrific villain and a cannibal. I mean come on.

What a ridiculous statement and proof of how bad people spreading misinformation online can be. The show never says anything bad about Christianity and the audience is made aware that the character in question was bad irrespective of his religion. I'm baffled to how anyone could even come to this conclusion off maybe 5mins of a total of 8+hours of TV.

My comment was based on several news reports about The Office actor Rainn Wilson who said the second he saw this character quoting the Bible he knew the show would make him a super villain. The actress, Bella Ramsey who plays Ellie is super talented. Loved her defending Jon Snow in that GOT scene.

Nah dude, you're right. Hollywood filmmakers always have to take cowardly little cheap shots at people they don't like. And they don't like Christians. And whenever someone calls out what they are doing, like you or Wilson did, they gaslight you about it. Like clockwork.

Couldn’t agree more sir. Hollywood filmmakers expect everyone to believe as they do, if not than we are awful people and deserve to be slandered, ostracized, beaten, etc.

The irony is my career is/was working for Hollywood Studios, marketing management. There never used to be such polarization and woke ness. I worked for Bob Chapek ages ago in the home entertainment division, who rose to CEO and recently fired by the board of directors replaced by former studio head Bob Iger. Note the Homies often have a Christmas tree in b.g. as part of the set.

I miss the days when people just enjoyed watching the movie/TV show, with their friends/family. You can cherry pick certain parts of any show/book and make it fit a certain narrative, to fit a specific agenda. Personally, I'm just enjoying the show....
