What's really crazy this movie came out in 2005 , and it's literally about a totalitarian dictatorship, and it gains its power by creating a New World Order society due to fear of a virus spreading across world.... the year it takes place is 2020... sound fimilar ?

Actually, V for Vendetta came out initially in 1982, as it was a comic book series. It ran from 1982-1989. Talk about prediction???

Yeah but the comic & book had no worldwide virus , and the year didn't take place in 2020 like the film did. It was a World War & famine that started it in the book. Even the creators of this film supposedly were shocked by it. They did a article on it. I can totally see where Ellie and Mich is coming with their worldviews, as I too have similar views on the world, especially when it comes to governments. It's the perfect movie for an anarchist like me.

Which goes to show that sometimes when stuff happens in real life people confuse great fiction with logical reality and show just how stupid they really are. People's creative brains get in the way of real world logic.
