I liked this predator design but the original was awesome. Prey is the second best Predator movie the original is still the best.

It had a real visceral crab look with lots of character and detail in the face. Mind you we got more still closeups of the original Predator's face so hard to judge the new one I guess. The grizzly vs Predator scene was a highlight for me., especially as an animator, it was well done.

I thought it was a cool choice to make the main characters Comanche, although horses didn't figure much into the story, they were legendary for their horse riding abilities. They're part of the Uto-Aztecan culture and language family along with the Aztecs (Mexica, aka Mexicans lol) and the Utes (Utah is named for them), and they were especially feared warriors. One of these days you guys should watch Dances With Wolves, it's pretty long but I think you'll really like it, the Last of the Mohicans is also really good.

As much I enjoy the girls and their reactions, dramatic/serious movies like Dances With Wolves are a rarity on this channel nowadays, it seems. It feels like this year has been mostly comedies or DC/Marvel movies. I think it's because they don't do polls by genre to encourage variety.
