For this piece, Millie wears her favorite sweater as she's about to get into a mug of hot cocoa (while topped with a liberal helping of whipped cream and at least a couple of peppermint sticks, of course).  X3

And as for the text that's written on said sweater, don't be fooled; it clearly says "Let it Snow" across the chest (or at least, that's what Millie happens to believe).  =p
