Tilly's Pained Stretches (Patreon)

Something of a sequel to this ( link ), Tilly attempts to continue her exercise/pilates routine, only to inadvertently pull something in her back.

Don't worry though, I'm sure that she's fine; however, judging by her expression, she'll probably need to lay down and relax for a bit (and will subsequently require help in getting back up again).  X3
