It just occurred to me that besides Viserys, and Herbert from Great Expectations, the other thing I’ve seen Harry Lloyd in was one episode of David Tennant era Doctor Who where he was the oldest son in a pre-WWI era British family that had been murdered and replaced by identical space aliens... one might say.... alien counterparts... (Family of Blood). He was super creepy in that role. So if we don’t meet Peter Prime and if he isn’t an absolutely terrifyingly chilling monster I may be disappointed.

I didn't realize that Lloyd played both of those characters until I saw him in Counterpart and recognized him from both things.
